Additional Account Security: Implementing Carrington's Two-Factor Authentication

At Carrington, your security and peace of mind are our top priority, and we’re committed to taking proactive measures to safeguard it. To provide extra protection for your Carrington account, beginning March 4, 2024, you must use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to access your online account.

Using 2FA means that in addition to your username and password, you'll also need to enter a verification code, sent via text message or email address, to access your account. This added layer of security helps further protect you from unauthorized access and potential threats.

To set up Two-Factor Authentication for your account, simply log in to your account as usual and follow the prompts to set up your preferred method of authentication. You can choose to receive a code via text or email (and it’s a great time to double check that your current email and phone number are listed for your account!)

Implementing 2FA is part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the highest level of security and to protect your valuable information. By observing these safety practices, you play a vital role in maintaining the security of your account. Your peace of mind is incredibly important to us, and we’re here to assist you. Contact us today with any questions or concerns you may have about the addition of Two-Factor Authentication.
