Historically security surrounding identity confirmation has revolved around asking questions that only you should know the answer to. Questions vary from the name of your third-grade teacher to the model of your first car. With the strides in technology and rising use of social media, that information is now much easier to find on the internet, making these questions an outdated barrier to anyone trying to gain access to your account without permission.
If you have any issues accessing your account through our website or Carrington Mobile App, you can reset your username or password at any time. Simply select “Forgot Username or Password” and enter your loan number and social security number to re-gain access to your loan information.
