To qualify, clients must purchase or sell a home with a Vylla Home REALTOR®. The 0.5% cash back to buyer is based on the gross contract purchase price as reflected in the final settlement statement, which must be greater than $150,000.00, and will be paid at closing. The maximum amount of cash back is $5,000. If the gross contract purchase price as reflected in the final settlement statement is between $50,000.00 and $150,000.00, the cash back amount will be $250.00. The discounted listing fee is 1.5% of the gross contract sales price when the sales price as reflected in the final settlement statement is greater than $200,000. The discounted listing fee is $3000.00 if the gross contract sales price is between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00.
