We’re glad to have the opportunity to service your loan! Please take a moment to go through this helpful information to ensure that your transition is as easy as possible.

Setting Up Your Online Account

You will need to create a new online account to have access to your loan. Please visit our website at www.CarringtonMortgage.com and follow the instructions. Please have your 10-digit loan number and Social Security number available, as you’ll need them to complete the process.

Setting Up Your Payment Method

For your convenience, we offer the following payment options:

Enroll in AutoPay:
Online:
1. Go to the Make a Payment section of your account and click “Automatic Payments”.
2. Enter the payment details, bank information and save the settings.

By mail:
1. Download the Auto Draft Authorization Form
2. Complete the form and mail or fax either the original or scanned copy of the required documents to:

Your Bank’s Online Bill Pay 
Most major banks have an online bill pay feature, which allows you to send a one-time or recurring payment directly through your online banking account.

Enrollment instructions vary based on your bank, so please visit your bank’s website for instructions.

Quick Collect payments are transmitted to our office after the close of business and are applied to your account the next business day.

MoneyGram
Payments can be processed at any MoneyGram payment location. For MoneyGram locations and fees visit www.MoneyGram.com or call 800-926-9400. Use Carrington’s receive code: 7998Please visit our website to view the fees we charge for these payment methods.

Verify Your Records

To ensure the accuracy of your account, please verify your loan information, provide your contact information, and update your homeowners and flood insurance (if applicable). If you have an escrow account, please review your current balance, current payment, and upcoming disbursements. You can find all of this information in your online account.

Include Third-Party Authorization

To add an authorized party to discuss the details of your loan, please complete the form online by logging into your account and clicking “Third Party Authorization”. Be sure to include your loan number and a password identifier that will be used for the third party. If you are submitting via mail or fax, please make sure to include signatures of all borrowers on the loan.

Enroll in Paperless Billing 

Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC’s paperless billing is an easier way to receive your monthly statement. To enroll, please visit log into your account and follow the link in the banners.

Sign Up for Email and Text Alerts 

Sign up for Alerts to receive notifications on your account. Alerts can keep you up to date on important changes with your account and remind you of payments to avoid late fees. To get started, log into your account and visit the “Manage Alerts” section.
